Start your morning right with this high antioxidant smoothie.
Ingredients:6 oz cup of blueberry coconut yogurt
1 tbsp of hemp protein
2 tbsp of acai powder
1 cup rice milk
Optional: Add fresh blueberries if in season.
Add a banana if a thicker consistency is desired.
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Makes approximately 12 oz
( I prefer a hand blender which makes less of a mess.)
